  • Honeywell is currently recruiting for a Sr Business Development Leader to join the Risk Reduction Software team in Dubai, UAE

  • In this role, the successful candidate will network with industry innovators, leaders and end users to facilitate new business opportunities in digitalization of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Process Safety lifecycle software solutions. You will identify, develop, and implement Honeywell Process Safety and other Risk Reduction SaaS Software (RRS) market growth strategies and business development projects related to new and/or existing industries, technologies, or services that define value for geographical and market aligned clients with a focus on generating recurring revenue for Honeywell. You will have a passion for modernizing and automating industrial Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives in industrial verticals served by HPS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a trusted advisor and value-added peer to C-suite executives in within HPS industrial segments and close adjacent verticals
  • Build strong pipeline of safety initiatives which will include process safety lifecycle, operational risk management, Environment Health and Safety (EHS) integrated solutions within a growing portfolio of safety innovations
  • Support strategic partnership discussions for inorganic growth in near adjacent verticals
  • Support contract negotiations
  • Be an RRS specialist – Position Honeywell as a valuable strategic partner for safety
  • Customer support
  • Accountable for meeting sales targets and driving core strategies including recurring revenue through software solution selling
  • Develop cost/benefits model or value proposition for projects and customers
  • Coach, enable and work with sales teams to support HPS sales account managers as RRS subject matter expert, driving pro-active engagement and growth in pipeline, key account target pursuits and project wins
