We have an opportunity for a Sales Director to join our Safety Productivity & Solutions team in Dubai, UAE.

The Sales Director responsible for driving growth and business results for PSS in the MERTA region reporting directly to the MERTA GM.



The role will be responsible for ensuring the staffing and development of a direct sales team that achieves maximum profitability and growth in line with our strategic objectives and, growth of a channel / reseller community with the highest standard of integrity and consistency.



The successful candidate is expected to have strong coaching and influencing skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others towards meeting clearly articulated growth objectives. Driving a culture of accountability, fostering development of a common vision and creating a unified leadership team that gets results. An effective communicator both internally and externally, able to take intelligent, decisive action despite risks, conflict, or uncertainty. Successful candidates will have demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations where they had to use influencing skills to drive results. They will be strong, integrative thinkers and be able to lead cross functional teams to drive the organization to outstanding outcomes. The candidate must demonstrate the highest level of professional integrity and honesty as well as personal credibility.


 Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Revenue and Margin along with managing the performance and development of all sales activities for the region.
  • Able to build relationships with the Executive Team of our key Customers and able to successfully present proposals at this level
  • Provide coordination of sales activities and manage resources to maximize results from identified sales opportunities.
  • Customer value management and pricing: Analysis of market dynamics and value chain proposition to target defined customer segments;
  • Build a legacy.  Build a team that challenges you to be your best and has great depth in succession planning.
  • Participate as the MERTA Representative in all MoS communication activities for PSS for Sales Pulses, weekly forecasts, SIOP, AOP, STRAP, etc.
