Shareholder & Financial: Responsible for development of operating budgets for the Project. Ensure the appropriate engagement of all relevant stakeholders throughout the project. Ensure that all activities are coordinated to ensure cost efficiency and better ROI. Ensure the efficient and cost effective implementation of the project in accordance with specified requirements. Implement KPI’s and best practices for Engineering Projects Management. Promote cost consciousness and efficiency to minimize cost and optimize benefits for the bank. B. Customer (Internal & External): Responsible for the coordination with concerned user departments to secure the requirements for project objectives. Provide design documents to project staff for efficient implementation. Coordinate with outside contractors, consultants and regulatory authorities during project execution. Assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s products and seek solutions to their requests. Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve improvements in turn-around time. Build and maintain strong relationships with related departments to achieve the Group’s objectives. C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): Conduct feasibility studies, investigate maintenance requests, and prepare estimates and scope of work. Document project requirements from user departments to develop design specifications. Review and finalize design drawings, specifications and tender documents. Monitor the implementation of projects to ensure compliance with design documents. Cross check contractor's valuations and provide comments/suggestions for final approval. D. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities: Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements. Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defence principle. Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk policy. E. Other: Ensure high standards of data protection and confidentiality. Maintain high professional standards to uphold QNB's reputation. All other ad hoc duties related to QNB that management might request.
