As a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. You will lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service delivery. Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners. Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure compliance with company standards. Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high-quality service. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Ensure special requests and VIP amenities are handled appropriately. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in planning and executing special housekeeping projects, such as deep cleaning schedules or renovation activities. Proven experience at least 5 Years as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using housekeeping management software, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and sanitation standards. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
