We are hiring an experienced and passionatebaristato join our team. Scope: A barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, particularly coffee, while also handling customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Baristas may also be involved in the preparation, baking, and decorating of sweets and desserts. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of brewing equipment operation. The ability to work various shifts is essential. Ultimately, you will ensure an exceptional drinking experience for our customers. Mandatory Requirements: Based in Qatar Full-time work for 6 days a week Proficient in English (written and verbal) Has Sponsorship Transfer and can join immediately Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista or in a relevant role Education: Diploma or higher-level degree (Culinary degree preferred) Certification in culinary arts, baking, or relevant field Key Responsibilities: Beverage Preparation: Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, operating coffee machines, ensuring proper brewing techniques Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, ensuring satisfaction Preparing and serving desserts, pastries, and baked goods Maintaining Workspace: Keeping the work area clean and organized, restocking supplies, managing inventory Teamwork: Collaborating with team members, assisting in training new staff Interpersonal Skills: Multitasking, self-motivation, organization Safety and Sanitation: Following food safety standards, proper storage of ingredients Physical ability to work standing, bend, lift, and perform arm and hand movements is required. Candidates must be available to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts.
