Job Description - Assistant Gym Manager - Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay (HOT0BQOJ) Job Number: HOT0BQOJ Work Locations Waldorf Astoria - West Bay Doha As an Assistant Gym Manager, you are responsible for helping to manage the operations of the fitness areas of the health club to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. What will I be doing?Assist in supervising team members, supporting customer service initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the club’s fitness offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Supporting the day-to-day operations of the fitness areas within the health club Assisting in leading and motivating the fitness team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance standards Ensuring consistent, friendly, and personalized service to all members and guests Addressing guest and member feedback constructively to support service improvement Contributing to the development and delivery of fitness programs and services Assisting with team scheduling, shift coverage, and basic administrative duties Supporting the Health Club and Fitness Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and training team members Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and COSHH regulations Monitoring the condition and security of fitness equipment and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Acting as a point of contact in the absence of the Gym Manager What are we looking for?An Assistant Fitness Manager serving Hilton brands is committed to providing excellent guest experiences and working collaboratively with team members.
