Purpose: The Data & AI Product Manager role is part of the Product Portfolio Management department, leading the planning, development, and management of Cloud & AI products. As an emerging domain expected to play a major role in the Qatari market, the role involves qualifying market opportunities, defining the business engagement model (e.g., as a service built with partners), identifying the right partners along the value chain, and determining the assets OQ needs to invest in to secure a unique position. The Product Manager works on integrating Cloud-based AI and Data analytics into B2B product offerings to enhance relevance and competitiveness, serving as a knowledge authority within the B2B area. The role collaborates with other product managers to build roadmaps and collaboration models for the AI & Data domain. As is typical at OQ, the Product Manager commits to product development milestones and revenue goals while leading the conceptualization, design, and implementation of Data and AI-powered solutions with technology teams, other product domains like cloud, and partners. The aim is to deliver solutions based on common tech stacks and assets, employing agile and rapid prototyping techniques for faster results with lower investment for OQ B2B. Functional Context: Ooredoo’s Business BU is a critical part of the company’s customer-facing activities for all Business Accounts, playing a significant role in long-term value creation through product design, sales revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction. The Product Hub focuses on productizing enterprise-grade services for the B2B sector at Ooredoo Qatar, covering core connectivity and ICT domains. It works closely with the Business Solutions unit to deliver customized solutions using products and services from the hub, forming direct partnerships for service integration and delivery. The B2B sector includes government, large enterprises, and SMBs. Responsibilities Product Development and Management Lead the development and management of Cloud-based Data & AI products (e.g., AI-Powered Customer Insights Platform, AI Infrastructure / GPU Iaa S and Paa S propositions, AI use-case deployment), ensuring innovation, security, and alignment with OQ strategy. Iterate and improve features based on user feedback, data, and learnings. Manage the product backlog, ensuring features meet customer and project needs. Track, analyze, and communicate product metrics to guide success and evolution, ensuring value and customer experience. Explore AI and ML tools with vendors and engineering teams for integration into offerings. Create documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements. Stay informed of latest developments in data analytics, machine learning, Cloud, and AI technologies relevant to the telco B2B sector. Drive innovation leveraging new technologies to maintain competitive advantage. Performance Monitoring, Security, and Compliance Incorporate customer requirements to enhance satisfaction, focusing on AI-driven and data-centric solutions. Ensure product quality, reliability, and security through testing and QA processes. Report regularly to senior management on performance, trends, and strategic initiatives. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements, especially regarding sensitive data and AI ethics. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Partner with teams to gather and analyze product performance and market impact data. Collaborate with Business Solutions, Business Accounts, and Operations teams to integrate analytics and AI capabilities, responding to RFPs with insights and tailored solutions. Work with Operations for smooth delivery and support throughout the customer lifecycle. Build relationships with stakeholders, technology providers, hardware manufacturers, telco equipment suppliers, and hyperscalers to enhance offerings and market reach. Coordinate with government initiatives and programs related to Data and AI as many projects are government-driven. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. Minimum Experience, Essential Knowledge & Skills At least 10 years of experience in a similar role. Proven expertise in Product Management focusing on Data analytics, AI-enabled Cloud propositions, and AI technologies. Experience in the telco B2B sector, understanding market dynamics and customer needs, with proficiency in cloud technology, data analytics, and AI tools and platforms.#J-18808-Ljbffr
