Education : Essential : Specialist qualification in either Internal / General / Family Medicine, Occupational Health, or PMR - Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Desirable but not essential: Additional post-grad qualification in sports medicine or MSK. Licensing & Membership : Must hold a valid home-country license as a physician (unrestricted). Experience : Total experience 10+ years. Post-specialization experience: 5+ years in either Internal / General / Family Medicine, Occupational Health, or Physical Medicine / Rehab. Expertise in general practice, MSK-related work, and/or practice in an organizational health setting. Skills & Competency : Clinical leadership skills to provide direction for the centre's sports medicine services and staff development. Report to : Chief of Sports Medicine This role involves comprehensive clinical management of athletes and non-athletes through outpatient services, participation in MSK and Pain Management Programs, and supporting the development of MSK Medicine services. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating sports-related injuries, developing personalized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The candidate will provide clinical leadership, develop clinical pathways, support research initiatives, and serve as a resource for other specialists. Participation in educational, research, and professional development activities is essential, along with collaboration with various healthcare professionals and involvement in staff recruitment and mentoring.#J-18808-Ljbffr
