This role necessitates a significant level of responsibility and accountability in identifying revenue-generation opportunities for Industrial & Pipeline Solutions division. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be required to further enhance the company’s market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business opportunities, which includes but not limited to, startup ventures and establishing ACTION within new regional territories. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Managing the revenue growth and establishing sales targets within the territory. Reaching, exceeding sales goals, managing expenses and assisting line manager with below reports & forecast. Maintain Revenue Forecast (Budget Vs Actual) at all times Lead customer identification and engagement to win new business opportunities aligned with the corporate strategy, agreed business plan(s) and the Business Forecasting Tools (BFTs) Establish, build, maintain and extend relationships with leading customer organizations and industry partners (alliances) to achieve the agreed commercial targets Ensure that the appropriate Company CRM tools are fully utilized to manage and track customer accounts. Be actively involved in work winning throughout the entire bid process (identification to award and including post award) and in particular be involved in the win strategy for any bid as required through the provision of critical input. Monitor the collections process and provide regular updates on outstanding client issues and overdue debts to the Line Manager and Finance. Maintain good working relationship with all parties at all levels and times when representing the Company, Sub-Contractors, Staff and third parties. Gathering of Market and Customer Information. Follow and report on developing market trends, competitors and industry developments. Liaise with the Design & Bid Team to obtain technical and commercial expertise, coordinating follow-up meetings with the client as necessary and submission of final tender documentation in a timely fashion and in accordance with the Tender/Authority Matrix Issuing professional, technical quotations whilst maximizing margin; conducting technical presentations and demonstrations for the same. Keeping an accurate and up to date market database including competitor activity; maintaining strong relationships and ensure all SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) are always adhered to. Qualification Requirements Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with industry experience and technical understanding in Process, Pipelines Pre-commissioning & Industrial Cleaning Services. Min. 5 years of experience in a customer facing role. Specific knowledge of process & pipeline and Industrial cleaning services is mandatory. Knowledge of pipeline, pre-commissioning, sewage over pumping is an asset. Exposure in contributing to business development through applied Engineered solutions. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to set clear priorities, delegate, and guide investment in people and systems. Excellent communication and work across a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Must be proficient in English for business communication. Arabic is an added advantage.
