We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC Doha, Qatar for a : Responsibilities Ensure the safe delivery of core business through active management of FST production tasks and operational activities, integrating Campaign and Project activities. Support the Permit Controller to ensure all works comply with the Permit to Work process and company standards. Act as an Isolating Authority to ensure all isolations are designed, implemented, and managed per Company Policy and Industry Best Practice. Provide the OTL with analysis and comments on production volumes, opportunities, and risks to enhance business performance and mitigate risks. Prepare Permit to Work packs, ensuring hazards are identified, risks mitigated, and activities are coordinated without conflicts. Participate in the Daily Permit Meeting to ensure compliance and safe execution of platform work activities. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members to meet production targets and optimize production/reinjection volumes. Motivate staff to foster a performance culture and encourage innovative thinking around safety and process optimization. Perform internal audits of risk management systems to promote compliance and continuous improvement. Support the implementation of company policies, standards, and processes to ensure safety and legislative compliance. Represent NOC appropriately when interfacing with stakeholders, adhering to the code of ethics. Profile Minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND, or equivalent). At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years offshore working on on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas or petrochemical plants. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Good interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
