This role requires strong stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive account growth, execute marketing initiatives, resolve issues, and ensure smooth onboarding for new partners.(Some Of) What You Will Be Doing Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the food delivery vertical. Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring consistent alignment with their business goals and our platform’s capabilities. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple locations to drive the growth and success of your accounts. Lead the implementation of new projects and initiatives within your portfolio. Handle partner escalations effectively and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new partners joining the platform. Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans in collaboration with partners. Monitor account performance using dashboards and data reports, identifying trends and opportunities. Support with day-to-day troubleshooting and problem-solving.Do you have some of these?3–5 years of experience in e Commerce, FMCG Sector. A track record in commercial, client-facing, or account management roles. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities. Proven experience in B2B negotiations and relationship management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
