Key Highlights;Role: Senior Change Management Specialist Job Grade: 15 Reports To: Manager, Digital Centre Excellence (ITD) Department: Information & Communications Technology (ICT)Role Responsibilities The Senior Change Management Professional will lead and facilitate the adoption of digital transformation initiatives within Qatar Energy across all business lines, including surface, subsurface, and corporate sectors. This role is pivotal in ensuring that changes to digital and data analytics practices are embraced, adopted, and utilized to their fullest potential.The Senior Change Management Specialist is responsible for leading and managing change initiatives related to business processes, systems, and technology, while minimizing employee resistance and maximizing engagement. The specialist will work to drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and greater proficiency of the changes impacting employees to increase benefits, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results.Mandatory Requirements BSc in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or equivalent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline Professional certification in change management or industrial-organizational psychology Accredited certification in change management will be highly considered At least 8 years of experience in change management processes supporting business transformation and/or systems implementation, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry Hands-on experience managing large-scale digital transformation projects in the energy sector Experience managing large-scale IT change initiatives – Essential Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders across various disciplines and organizational levels With over 90 years of combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider across sectors including Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, and Manufacturing.
