Our intuitive Four Seasons service sets the new standard for luxury beachfront living in Doha. About the role: The Barista provides expert knowledge of coffees and pastries. They create and serve hot or cold beverages, often tailored to guest preferences. We seek a candidate with a can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail and experience in a similar luxury setting. What you will do: Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers. Basic coffee knowledge, such as preparing common coffee beverages; advanced knowledge like roasting, grinding, sourcing coffee beans, and flavor profiles is a plus. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact positively and resolve conflicts. Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Attention to detail to manage specific customer requests and high-volume beverage assembly with minimal errors. Time management and organizational skills to work effectively in a high-volume workplace. What you bring: Degree, preferably in hotel and restaurant management. 2-4 years of experience in restaurant and bar settings. Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
