Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the Qatar market for our premium gym equipment brand – Befit. The ideal candidate must possess strong commercial and business acumen with proven B2B sales experience in Qatar. This role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales in the Qatar market. Identify, engage, and convert potential B2B clients including gyms, hotels, real estate developers, and wellness centers. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical support) to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast to senior management. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or related sectors. Strong understanding of the Qatar market and local business landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, goal-driven approach. Experience working with high-end or premium products is a plus.
