In this role, you will be responsible for creating legal, optimized rosters for Qatar Executive pilots and cabin crew using specialized systems, ensuring all roster-related activities are completed within deadlines to meet QCAA requirements. You will also oversee crew training, including initial, recurrent, and upgrade training, and manage support processes for crew and management. Key Responsibilities include: Ensuring flight crew schedules comply with OM A - Chapter 7 for legal planning and operation. Scheduling crew training to meet regulatory requirements as per OM Part D. Adhering to company policies for safe and effective crew utilization. Managing crew roster bidding to ensure fair leave and days off distribution. Planning crew coverage to maximize aircraft utilization and accommodate charter sales. Handling crew leave surpluses and deficits in coordination with fleet and admin teams. Managing annual leave bidding for fairness. Monitoring flight following and recording to meet legal standards. Providing crew notifications for flights to prevent schedule disruptions. Supporting sales with timely responses to charter inquiries. Planning and coordinating crew training to ensure compliance with civil aviation and company standards. Optimizing training delivery to reduce costs, coordinating with Training Management and ATOs. Managing training paperwork and travel authorizations.
