YOUR TASKS: Drive sales effectiveness and efficiency across the country through the measurement of KPIs, benchmarking, and sharing of best practices. Lead budgeting and sales incentive programs, ensuring best-in-class solutions. Drive the regional Sales Development agenda nationwide. Influence and support the country's sales strategies and action plans. Lead the deployment of sales automation systems within the country. Support regional sales development processes, standards, organization, and competency requirements. Maintain alignment with regional 'Selling in DHL' processes and standards. Review and audit country-level sales processes, competencies, and performance. Own and ensure high quality of customer data. Promote awareness and sales approaches based on customer and industry segmentation. Organize, budget, and implement sales training and coaching programs, utilizing internal and external resources. Conduct training across all sales channels as needed. Lead the sales implementation and measurement of sales cycles throughout the year. Prepare materials to support sales teams during sales cycles. Lead customer relationship management efforts and utilize Loyalty Management insights at the sales level. Assess and develop the professionalism of sales management through targeted training. Optimize customer allocation to sales channels and review the sales organization to reduce costs. Coordinate with other departments and sales teams within DHL. Develop and motivate a top-tier Sales Development team and support recruitment efforts. YOUR PROFILE: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance, grooming, and hygiene. Fluent in English. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Problem-solving skills using initiative and judgment. Proven leadership in managing, coaching, and motivating teams. At least 5 years of experience in a Commercial or Sales role. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
