130,000 ZAR The all-inclusive monthly salary of 26,100 QAR is structured as follows: Basic Salary: 24,950 QAR per month Transport Allowance: 1,250 QAR per month Key Benefits Include: Schooling Allowances: 21,000 QAR per child per academic year, up to 3 children aged 5-18 years Economy Flight Tickets for self, spouse, and up to 3 children (annual, joining, and repatriation) Baggage Allowance (joining & repatriation) Note: Family benefits apply only when dependents reside in Qatar under the employee’s sponsorship. All compensation and benefits are offered at the employer’s discretion. Currency conversions are approximate and subject to change. Candidate Profile: Extensive cancer care management experience, currently in roles such as Oncology Healthcare Program Manager, Oncology Healthcare Services Manager, Oncology Senior Manager, or Director of Medical Services in Cancer Care. Overseas Hiring: Only physicians currently outside of Qatar are required. Education: Full-time Bachelor's Degree (3-4 years) in healthcare-related field. Or full-time Bachelor's Degree (3-4 years) in non-healthcare field AND a Master's Degree in healthcare-related field. Essential Experience: Bachelor Degree: 8 years healthcare administration experience in cancer care, including 3 years managing a cancer care clinical services program. Master's Degree: 10 years healthcare administration experience in cancer care, including 5 years managing a cancer care clinical services program. Role Description: This leadership role involves developing and managing specialized clinical programs aligned with the hospital’s strategic vision, driving innovation, service transformation, and operational excellence in cancer care. The manager will oversee departmental operations, ensure compliance with standards, foster continuous quality improvement, and lead strategic planning, benchmarking, and service optimization. The role also includes promoting staff development, supporting clinical governance, improving patient safety, leading incident investigations, and coordinating with stakeholders such as clinical leads, patient relations, legal entities, and government bodies. The manager must ensure resource optimization, monitor performance indicators, and use data-driven decision-making to enhance cancer care and patient satisfaction.#J-18808-Ljbffr
