Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Civil) Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Job Summary: A results-driven Lead Construction Engineer responsible for overseeing the execution of complex civil and structural works in marine and oil & gas environments. Scope includes jetty reinforcement, foundation preparation, underground cable trenching, and installation of structural supports for critical systems (e.g., BAS). Ensures construction is executed in line with IFC drawings, approved method statements, quality standards, and HSE requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise civil/structural construction activities across marine and onshore interfaces. Plan and coordinate construction sequence, work front readiness, and marine spread mobilization to ensure efficient execution. Review and implement construction method statements and ensure compliance with IFC drawings and technical specifications. Manage subcontractors and ensure their performance aligns with safety, schedule, and quality expectations. Participate in constructability reviews and contribute to value engineering and risk mitigation strategies. Interface with client representatives, consultants, and project stakeholders during inspections, reviews, and coordination meetings. Ensure timely progress tracking, reporting, and resolution of site issues impacting schedule or technical scope. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Proven experience leading civil/structural construction in marine and oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of international construction standards, marine infrastructure, and industrial foundations. Excellent understanding of HSE regulations and enforcement on active construction sites.
