F-15QA / AH-64 Customer Training Specialist Company: Boeing Qatar Incorporated Boeing Qatar is seeking a F-15QA / AH-64 Customer Training Specialistto support F-15QA training efforts. This position is located at Al Udeid Air Base Qatar .The successful candidate will perform the following duties: Provide general Administrative Support to Boeing Aircrew Personnel Build Monthly Reports & ensure syllabus execution and course planning data is current.Assist in building Weekly Staff & Leadership Meeting slides gathering updates from managers, EHS, and the registrar.Ensure the program calendar is current and distribute the updated PPT to the team.Manage and update program documentation with Ops, Sim, and MNX training stats.Track missing updates, organize data flow, and coordinate base visitor requests and approvals with USG reps (dates, names, purpose of visit, areas, etc.). Take and distribute meeting notes.Process base pass renewals for 30+ Ops personnel and monitor and track DFAC billing-related information.Conduct internal Ops inspections/trainee documentation inspections and periodic reviews.Maintain and update the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Risk Registry.Stan Eval & Aircrew Qualification Tracking Track evaluations for 20 Boeing instructors and 86 QEAF aircrew.Maintain Flight Evaluation Folders (FEFs) with Form 8s, AF942 and other related documents.Evaluate and provide daily operational support across multiple areas and shop teams.Liaison with procurement specialist to order and track deliveries for the program.This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 2+ years’ experience working in the corporate environment.Basic computing skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.Friendly, cooperative and willing approach to assisting others as needed, and in undertaking routine work as well as special assignments.Must work well in a team environment and handle varying, sometimes conflicting priorities.Work with shop chiefs to identify areas of improvement and audit results.Demonstrated ability to provide professional support to management, maintaining confidentiality, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is preferred.Maintain knowledge of AFIs (AFI 11-202v2, AFI 11-2F-15v2) and PWS.Maintain knowledge of DCMA 8210-1C and Aircrew Formal Training Unit procedures Knowledgeable in Military Postal Services guidance related to contractor APO operations. • Thorough understanding of Unit Mail Room procedures, capable of ensuring compliance and passing inspections if needed.Comfortable working with and dealing directly with key stakeholders (Boeing/USG/QEAF)Prior experience in a FMS Training environment working with or training Foreign Military Personnel.Important information regarding this requisition: This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Qatar.
