Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility under general guidance and supervision. Your role involves generating and maintaining customers in defined accounts and areas through various sales activities such as face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, or entertainment. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining high exposure for the hotel through direct sales Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging with all levels of account management and departmental executives to provide excellent client service, achieve targets, and maximize productivity Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed set targets Selling to and servicing transient and group business, including meetings Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies Formulating corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and other business correspondence Providing feedback on market conditions and competition trends based on direct sales activities, calls, and correspondence#J-18808-Ljbffr
