Overview of the role: The Sales Supervisor is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting store operations, and assisting in achieving sales targets. The role involves rotating through departments, acting as Duty Manager, and supporting the training and development of staff. What you will do: Excellent Customer Service: Provide high-level service, assist and advise customers professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction. Operational Effectiveness: Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing, security, POS training, and stock management. Support in events like stock takes and store openings. Store Compliance: Ensure adherence to pricing and ticketing procedures to maintain transparency and prevent losses. People Development: Support staff training, promote brand merchandising principles, and maintain store presentation standards. Required Skills to be successful: Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and retail operations, especially in fashion. Strong knowledge of market trends, brand positioning, and economic impacts. What equips you for the role: Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience: 2+ years in retail sales, preferably with team leadership or supervisory roles Technical Skills: Good verbal communication, ability to stand for 8 hours, capacity for heavy lifting, and strong customer service skills.
