Peggy Focheux Duval: Director of Learning & Development, France Duties and responsibilities related to the Sales Executive role: Oversee the daily operations of the sales office, promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms Prepare and distribute sales-related materials including proposals, contracts, and invoices Maintain organized records of sales activities, client communications, and booking details Update client appointment notes and follow-up actions Coordinate invitations and responses for showcases, presentations, and promotional events Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics Assist in preparing presentations and reports Qualifications Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management Minimum 2 years of work experience as Sales Executive or Assistant Manager in hotel operations Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown
