This high-impact role will provide data-driven insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost control across store and delivery operations. You'll partner closely with Ops, Logistics, Quick Commerce, and Finance teams to optimize unit economics. What You Will Be Doing Act as the lead finance partner across Quick Commerce stores and Logistics Operations, delivering insights on cost, efficiency, and profitability. Own planning and analysis across sales, COGS, wastage, inventory, and delivery costs (fleet, fixed and variable logistics costs, 3PL). Analyze and track key KPIs: inventory turnover, gross margin, unit economics, cost per order, fleet productivity, and delivery efficiency. Support pricing, assortment, and network decisions with clear financial modeling and unit economics analysis. Ensure accuracy and control through audits, variance analysis, and process alignment across store and fleet operations. Collaborate cross-functionally on budgeting, performance reviews, and operational improvements across both verticals. Qualifications 3+ years in finance within FMCG, retail, logistics, or delivery-led businesses. Strong understanding of both store operations and fleet-based logistics models. Skilled in financial planning, operational analysis, and cost optimization. Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools and ERPs is a plus. Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident working across fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
