IT Business Analyst -E-Channels - IVR

Job Description We are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst - E-Channels for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions. Education / Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 6 years of banking experience within an IT Department. Proven experience with analysis/testing of SMS Banking, Call Center Applications, IVR, Online and Mobile Banking. Good knowledge of Equation / Core Banking systems. Good knowledge of Open Banking API. Reviewing BRS and preparing test cases exploring all aspects of the scope. Reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specifications and test cases. Defect lifecycle management and execution status reporting. Experience in banking solutions testing in SIT/UAT phases. Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing. Ensuring high standards of data protection and confidentiality. Consulting and coordinating with systems analysts and programmers to design and develop business systems. Tracking and documenting changes to business specifications. Creating and assisting others in writing user documentation, instructions, procedures, and training materials. Preparing systems business cycle specifications and managing output and control of calculations and postings. Following up on system incidents and coordinating timely fixes. Required Special Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic is preferable. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under deadlines. Strong business process analysis and mapping skills. Teamwork and coordination with reporting hierarchy. Customer service orientation. Adherence to bank ethics and code of conduct. Ability to interact effectively at all levels within the bank and with external contacts. Planning and organizational skills. Commitment and responsibility in handling assigned tasks. High standards of data protection and confidentiality. Joining Time Frame: Maximum 1 month, ideally within 2 weeks.
