Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services, amenities, and special offerings. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives. Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue through effective campaigns and promotions. Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, and online advertising. Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and influencer partnerships. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
