E-Channels Techno Business Analyst- Banking We are currently seeking an E-Channels Techno Business Analystfor our Qatar operations. The role involves analyzing and testing SMS Banking, Call Center Applications, IVR, Online and Mobile Banking systems, and ensuring compliance with data protection standards. Responsibilities: Reviewing Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and preparing comprehensive test cases. Managing defect lifecycle and reporting on execution status. Participating in SIT/UAT testing for banking solutions. Tracking changes to business specifications and documenting them. Creating user documentation, procedures, and training materials. Coordinating system incident fixes promptly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related technical field. At least 6 years of banking experience within an IT department. Proven experience in testing banking applications and systems. Knowledge of Equation / Core Banking systems and Open Banking APIs. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Excellent business process analysis, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle tasks responsibly.
