Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise in the Automation sector within the energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern automation technologies, including PLCs, Control Systems, DCS Interfaces, HMIs, and SCADA. In addition, a solid background in the maintenance of this equipment is essential. Success in this role requires a comprehensive grasp of the sales process and its complexities, along with excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate should be capable of engaging effectively with clients, identifying their specific needs, and fostering long-term, trust-based relationships. This role is pivotal to the growth and success of our sales initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new clients to expand the company’s customer base and maximize market potential. Develop and cultivate new business opportunities across key clients and industry verticals. Create and implement strategic account plans to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and optimize profit margins in alignment with organizational objectives. Analyze market trends and emerging opportunities to identify high-potential areas for focused sales efforts and geographic expansion. Track, monitor, and report on sales activities, including pipeline development, funnel progression, bookings, and client engagement, with regular performance updates. Ensure timely identification, qualification, quotation, and follow-up of all sales opportunities. Apply technical knowledge to understand customer requirements and deliver comprehensive, customized techno-commercial proposals. Collaborate closely with Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Actively participate in marketing initiatives within the assigned territory or client base and stay updated on industry developments. Lead business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, onboarding new accounts, and entering untapped markets, as directed by management. Conduct thorough market and competitive analyses to support strategic planning. Accurately forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Support the development of marketing collateral in collaboration with the Marketing Team. Promote brand awareness and enhance the company’s presence within target territories and key accounts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
