Horeca Sales Executive - Coffee Industry
Description
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on acquiring and managing HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés). Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across Qatar. Manage and grow key accounts by providing excellent customer service and tailored coffee solutions. Conduct product demos, tastings, and staff training sessions for clients. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to support strategic decisions. Work closely with logistics, marketing, and technical support teams to deliver seamless service. Requirements: 2–5 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector or with hotels and catering companies, preferably within the coffee industry. Prior experience in the Qatar market or existing HORECA client relationships in Qatar is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, negotiation, and relationship-building. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of coffee products and brewing equipment is preferred. Valid Qatar driving license is desirable. Arabic speakers are an advantage.
