Arabic Sales Officer
Description
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for woodworking machinery, carpentry tools, and related materials. Utilize technical knowledge of woodworking and carpentry to recommend appropriate products and solutions to clients. Visit customer sites, assess project requirements, and provide tailored product demonstrations and technical support. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and proposals based on customer needs and technical specifications. Build and maintain strong relationships with carpenters, contractors, joinery workshops, and interior fit-out companies. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and new technologies in the woodworking and carpentry sector. Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service. Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote company products and expand customer base. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project follow-ups using CRM tools. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth and customer satisfaction. Follow company sales processes and policies, and ensure alignment with departmental SOPs. Perform any additional sales-related tasks or projects assigned by the Sales Manager. Skills Diploma or certificate in Carpentry, Woodworking, or a related technical field (preferred). 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, ideally with a background in woodworking or carpentry. Strong understanding of carpentry tools, woodworking machinery, and project requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales reporting tools.
