A Maintenance Shift Leader is responsible for carrying out appropriate maintenance work promptly and to the highest standards to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.What will I be doing? As a Maintenance Shift Leader, you are responsible for executing maintenance tasks efficiently and to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with all statutory and legal requirements. Your key responsibilities include: Implementing company statutory and legal requirements, including fire safety, health and safety, hygiene, electrical safety, and local by-laws. Responding promptly to all enquiries. Carrying out maintenance repairs while ensuring the use of appropriate PPE. Maintaining green areas and car parks when applicable. Following planned preventative maintenance schedules. Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors. Implementing energy conservation initiatives. Following C.O.S.H.H regulations, especially regarding the storage of hazardous substances. Attending relevant training sessions to enhance role-specific skills. What are we looking for?
