Submit your application along with your video to be considered for these exciting opportunities Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Lead and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Linked In, Google, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon focused on lead generation, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with marketing goals and target the right audience segments.Performance Analysis and A/B Testing: Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing to refine strategies, and ensure optimal performance.CRM and CMS Management: Utilize tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, and Click Up for marketing operations assistance.Use advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance.Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.Ad Creatives and Copywriting: Design and develop compelling ad creatives, and craft engaging copy that resonates with the target audience.Diverse Campaign Strategy Experience: Develop and implement campaign strategies across various approaches including B2B, B2C, DTC, and lead generation.What Success Looks Like: Lead Generation Efficiency: Your targeted campaigns have measurably increased lead quality and quantity.Campaign Optimization: Through rigorous A/B testing and analytics, you’ve refined advertising strategies to maximize ROI.Strategic Contribution: Successfully integrated insights to enhance the targeting and effectiveness of campaigns.Qualifications: Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years in paid media management with significant experience in working with U.S.-based clients.Platform Expertise: Extensive experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Linked In, Instagram, Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and Amazon.Analytical Proficiency: Strong skills in campaign analysis and using A/B testing to improve results.Technical Skills: Knowledge of Hub Spot, Salesforce, Click Up, and Google Analytics.Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and report on campaign progress.Creative Skills: Experience in designing ad creatives and crafting compelling copy.Strategic Experience: Proven experience in developing and executing diverse campaign strategies for B2B, B2C, DTC, and lead generation.This role offers a dynamic opportunity for a Paid Media Buyerto significantly impact our diverse range of clients.
