Office Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager or Supervisorto join our team in Lusail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail management, excellent leadership capabilities, and the drive to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. Supervise and lead sales and support teams to meet business targets. Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs, ensuring consistent performance. Provide outstanding customer service and resolve client issues effectively. Train, motivate, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement. Coordinate with upper management to implement business strategies. Maintain accurate records and reports using internal systems (Odoo preferred). Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Skills Requirements: University degree in business administration or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or Supervisor, preferably in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, or gifts). Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and enhance customer experiences. Familiarity with Odoosoftware is an advantage.
