Job Description: Marketing & Communications Manager Location : SLS The Red Sea – Pre-opening Team Nationality Requirement : Saudi National Reports to : Director of Marketing We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and driven Marketing & Communications Manager to join the pre-opening team of SLS The Red Sea , part of Ennismore's portfolio of boundary-pushing lifestyle and luxury brands. This role supports all facets of marketing and communications – from content creation and social media management to PR coordination and brand activations. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing to build excitement ahead of opening and ensure brand alignment across all guest touchpoints. Key Responsibilities : Support the execution of marketing plans and brand campaigns across digital and print platforms. Manage day-to-day content across social media channels. Coordinate local PR efforts and media/influencer visits. Assist with creation of marketing collateral, photo/video shoots, and partnerships. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts. Requirements : Saudi Nationality required (per Saudization goals). 2+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors. Strong writing skills in Arabic and English. Familiarity with digital platforms, social media scheduling tools, and content creation. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
