EV Charger - Senior Maintenance Engineer EV Charger - Senior Maintenance Engineer5 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Purpose: This position is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, providing technical expertise & support to maintain efficient and safe operations. Job Summary: The incumbent goal is to lead the maintenance and repair of EV charging infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards & regulatory requirements, and providing technical guidance & support to staff. Main Responsibilities & Tasks Develop and implement maintenance schedules for EV charging infrastructure, conducting routine inspections & repairs to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with EV charging equipment, collaborating with external vendors & suppliers as needed Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers & maintenance staff Develop and implement technical procedures & standards for EV charging infrastructure maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe operations Develop and implement safety procedures & protocols for maintenance staff Monitor and analyze performance metrics for EV charging infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement & implementing quality initiatives Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure lofty standards Report on quality and performance metrics to stakeholders Manage small-scale projects related to EV charging infrastructure maintenance and upgrade, developing & maintaining detailed project schedules Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables, allocating resources effectively to meet project demands Monitor and control project budgets and timelines, identifying potential project risks & developing mitigation strategies Facilitate effective communication among project team members, contractors, and clients Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including Kahrama representatives Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Minimum Required Qualifications, Certificates & Skills At least a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 7 years in maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, preferably in the transportation sector with 2-3 year’s GCC experience in a similar or equivalent role within a highly reputed company Any relevant certification or training such as: • Certified Electrical Engineer (CEE) • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) Seniority level Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage and Transportation Programs Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Confidential Careers by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Maintenance Engineer” roles.Substation Testing & Maintenance Engineer Doha, Doha, Qatar QAR10,000.00-QAR10,000.00 1 month ago Engineering Technician - Kitchen Laundry Sr. Mechanical Engineer-Facilities Management SR.
