As a key member of the Business Developmentteam, you will play a critical role in identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities that align with the organization’s long-term vision. This high-impact role requires deep expertise in the full M&A lifecycle from target identification and due diligence to negotiation and post-deal integration.You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape acquisition strategy, monitor market trends, and build strong industry relationships that drive value and expansion. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of successful transactions within the energy or infrastructure sectors and combines strong analytical, strategic, and negotiation skills.Responsibilities Support the development and refinement of the company's M&A strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and identifying potential acquisition or merger targets. Assist in all phases of the M&A process, including target screening, transaction execution, and post-merger integration. Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and M&A opportunities. Evaluate financial statements, business models, and market positions of potential targets. Build financial models and perform valuation analyses to assess deal impact. Prepare investment proposals and business cases for senior management and board review. Report on M&A progress and present findings to the M&A Manager. Support negotiation and due diligence efforts, coordinating with external advisors.
