Project Specialist

This role ensures smooth implementation of projects aligned with international healthcare standards and collaborates closely with internal teams and stakeholders to meet strategic goals and enhance quality and patient safety. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills eager to contribute to healthcare improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop management communications and presentations. Coordinate process improvements across the organization as instructed by management. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Innovation. Support the project manager in coordinating between departments to ensure project progress. Undertake additional duties as directed. Maintain high confidentiality of sensitive information. Requirements: Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field. Advanced project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable. Minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 5 in project management within healthcare. Strong understanding of project management techniques. Experience in technical report/documentation creation and maintenance. Skills: Knowledge of healthcare ethical principles, frameworks, and regulations. Excellent communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to trace information through to completion. Critical thinking and analytical skills for complex issues.
