As an Outlet Manager for the Spanish Restaurant, you will oversee daily operations during lunch and dinner, supervise opening and closing procedures, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams, manage staff, monitor performance, and ensure high standards of service and hospitality. You will also be responsible for budgeting, inventory management, health and safety compliance, and maintaining brand standards. Collaboration with marketing and other departments to enhance guest experience and drive revenue is also key.
