Competencies, Skills, and Experience Expertise in SAP Success Factors Workforce Planning. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce management strategies. Experience in system configuration and implementation. Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
