Consultant SAP SF - Workforce Planning Job Role Summary The Consultant SAP SF - Workforce Planning is responsible for implementing and managing SAP Success Factors Workforce Planning solutions to support talent strategy and workforce analytics. Roles and Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP Success Factors Workforce Planning. Develop data models for workforce analytics and planning. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align workforce strategy. Provide insights on workforce trends and talent supply planning. Conduct system testing and end-user training. Competencies, Skills, and Experience Expertise in SAP Success Factors Workforce Planning. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Knowledge of HR analytics and workforce management strategies. Experience in system configuration and implementation. Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
