We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work. Who we're looking for: We're seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our creative team at VML. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs across various platforms, from digital marketing materials to print collateral. You will work closely with art directors, copywriters, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life and ensure our brand is consistently represented with excellence. If you have a strong eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and a desire to create impactful work, we want to hear from you! What you'll be doing: Design Magic: Create compelling visual designs for projects including websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, print ads, brochures, and presentations. Brand Guardian: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Collaborate & Create: Work with art directors, copywriters, and team members to develop and execute creative concepts. Concept to Completion: Manage projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality results. Stay Current: Keep up with current design trends and technologies. Present Your Work: Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams. Iterate & Improve: Incorporate feedback and revise designs as needed. Manage Your Time: Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Explore AI: Experiment with AI tools for design exploration, concept generation, and rapid prototyping. What you'll need: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field. 4-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or in-house creative environment. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual design skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design). Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with AI-powered content creation platforms and their potential to enhance visual storytelling and streamline the design process. Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus. We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
