Project Engineer Brownfield - Structural / Mechanical

Job Mission : Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and controlling the execution of the project in accordance with client requirements and objectives, within time and cost constraints, and in observance of HSE and Quality procedures and practices. Support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics, such as project interface management, contractual document review, project activity planning, data analysis and reporting, subcontractor and supplier management, project record keeping, spare parts management, certifications collection, and supplier payments. Job Responsibilities : Manage reporting to the Project Manager for specific project activities, including subcontractor or vendor activities and internal or external interfaces. Assist in project activity planning, including the preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project procedures and plans. Assist in resource allocation and man-hours assessment to prepare and update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP). Coordinate topics related to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Develop and manage the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure, categorizing and overseeing external interfaces. Prepare and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan, including risk assessment, response activities, and updating the Risk Register quarterly. Prepare the Project Spare Parts Procedure and oversee procurement and management of the two-year spare parts inventory. Develop the Project Record Books (PRB) Procedure, define PRB indexes, and collect relevant documentation.
