Description
Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to project specifications and timelines. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment. Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery. Lead daily briefings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and motivate the team to meet production goals. Monitor and control project budgets, making adjustments as necessary to avoid cost overruns while maintaining quality standards. Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets company and industry standards before project sign-off. Resolve on-site conflicts and challenges swiftly and diplomatically, maintaining a positive and productive work atmosphere. Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction or site supervision, demonstrating a strong track record of project management. Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour or PMP are preferred, signifying commitment to safety and project excellence. Proven experience in managing diverse teams, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication to drive results. Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Auto CAD, MS Project) to aid in project planning and execution. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a significant advantage in diverse work environments. Strong problem-solving skills, enabling quick and effective resolution of unexpected site issues. Exceptional organizational skills, allowing for efficient multitasking and prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions, ensuring presence on-site when needed. Demonstrated ability to foster a positive work culture, emphasizing teamwork and employee morale.
