Job Description OBJECTIVE/ PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Reporting to the Speciality Manager and/or Business Unit Manager, the senior product specialist for Orthopedic Surgery (Recon, Sports, Trauma) is responsible for achieving sales quotas and supporting the success of the Orthopedic product line. The role involves identifying new clients, expanding existing client portfolios, and executing collaborative sales efforts to drive business growth and increase profits. Responsibilities include covering surgeries, managing stock, placing orders, handling tenders, and training customers. The senior product specialist closes qualified opportunities and executes sales plans in line with the division’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales/revenue targets set for the role. Manage stock, place orders, organize store items, and train nurses/surgeons. Attend and support surgeries as needed. Expand market share by adding new accounts and customers. Negotiate pricing and offers with customers and inform suppliers of product issues. Negotiate better pricing and offers with suppliers. Plan and maintain inventory, ensuring effective stock management and expiry control. Ensure timely invoicing, delivery, installation, and follow-up on payments. Maintain customer satisfaction and proper communication between clients and suppliers. Update clients on product releases and developments. Review payables and ensure timely payments to vendors. Participate in local customer events related to product lines. Assist the Finance Team with feasibility studies and relevant projects. Analyze market trends and product viability, providing support and managing stock accordingly. Review accounts receivable aging reports and report to management. Conduct competitive quality analysis and utilize customer satisfaction data. Provide management with insights on upcoming projects and growth opportunities. Skills & Job Requirements University degree in Science, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Radiography, or related medical fields. Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 4 years of experience in Orthopedic surgery (recon, trauma, sports) with direct case attendance, customer training, and stock management. Fluent in English and Arabic. Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite. Valid GCC driving license preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
