Responsibilities Design and develop landscape plans for various projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and environmental regulations. Conduct site assessments to analyze soil, vegetation, and other environmental factors. Collaborate with architects and construction teams to integrate landscape designs with building plans. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape projects. Oversee the installation of landscape projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Provide guidance on the selection of plants, materials, and irrigation systems. Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability practices. Qualifications Experience supervising large-scale landscape projects, including irrigation systems. Strong horticultural knowledge, including softscape, hardscape, turf management, and nursery supervision. Knowledge of contractor supervision, work planning, and performance evaluation. Excellent communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, CAFM systems, ERP, and Auto CAD preferred. Approximately 60% outdoor work, 40% office work. Flexible with work hours and days. Valid Qatari driver’s license required.
