Hamilton Aquatics Swimming and Training in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a dedicated and driven Site Coordinator to oversee and deliver our Learn to Swim programme at one of our premier locations in Doha, Qatar. As a Site Coordinator at Hamilton Aquatics, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our swimming programmes. You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, lead a team of passionate swim teachers, and ensure that our high standards ofcustomer service and satisfaction are consistently met. Your focus will be on optimizing site performance, retaining happy customers, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Job Purpose: To manage and deliver Hamilton Aquatics Learn to Swim programme on the allocated site. Key Objectives: Deliver in line with the Hamilton Aquatics philosophy and Hammy’s Learn to Swim criteria Manage the site effectively with continuous communication and a high level of customer service with the primary focus on customer retention and customer happiness at the site Ensure maximum optimisation of the site through class utilisation, class availability and timetabling so the site and area target can be met Organise marketing activities for the site under the guidance of the Marketing Manager Assist in the stakeholder management of the school with the assistance of the Operations Assistant and Area Manager Represent Hamilton Aquatics in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to the company values.
