The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Oracle Supply Chain modules and have worked on full-cycle implementations, enhancements, and operational support. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities Own and manage assigned functional change requests, enhancements, and project tasks within Oracle SCM modules.Conduct end-to-end functional processes including requirements gathering, functional and impact analysis, feasibility studies, functional design and configuration, testing (Functional, System, Integration, UAT, and Performance Testing), training, and documentation.Perform functional setup and configuration in Oracle EBS Test and Production environments.Collaborate with technical teams to define and support customizations, extensions, and reports.Liaise with business users and cross-functional stakeholders to validate requirements, review designs, and support UAT.Develop clear documentation including functional specs, test plans, cutover/rollback strategies, release notes, and configuration setups.Support release management activities and adhere to established change management and ITSM processes.Raise and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support for issue resolution or enhancement analysis.Participate in the development and validation of OBIEE report requirements from a functional perspective.Adhere to organizational reporting, ticketing, and documentation standards using internal service management tools.Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant.Experience with at least two full-cycle implementations on Oracle EBS version 12.2.x.Strong domain knowledge and configuration experience in the following Oracle modules: Purchasing, Services Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, i Procurement, Sourcing, WMS, Mobile Supply Chain.Functional experience supporting WMS processes and related mobility solutions.Experience integrating third-party solutions (e.g., Intellinum) with Oracle EBS.Strong skills in writing functional documents, test scripts, training materials (AIM/OUM methodology).Demonstrated experience in user training, UAT coordination, and production deployment support.Prior experience in client-facing roles and coordination with onshore/offshore teams.Excellent analytical, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure.Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare supply chain systems is a plus.ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.Oracle SCM Cloud experience is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
