Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively advising clients on potential opportunities and risks. Develop and deliver comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and implementation plans. Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and sustainable technical solutions. Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and technologies that enhance client operations and meet their specific needs. Desired Candidate Profile A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a technical advisory role or similar capacity within the industry. Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, demonstrating strong ability to manage relationships and expectations. Excellent communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency considered a significant advantage. A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to change. Cultural sensitivity and awareness, with experience working in diverse teams and understanding global business dynamics. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting, demonstrating leadership capabilities when necessary.
