Structural Foreman

Supervises and leads structural teams on-site for steel or concrete works. Oversees day-to-day structural activities based on design drawings and schedules. Ensures structural work meets specifications, tolerances, and quality standards. Supervise the erection and installation ofsteel structures, beams, columns, and supports Interpret and execute work fromstructural drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings . Plan and allocate daily tasks to the workforce and monitor productivity. Inspect welding, bolting, alignment, and fit-up work for quality and accuracy. Conduct Toolbox Talksand enforce the proper use of PPEand safety procedures. Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and logistics teams for material handling.
