This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of food service or hospitality sales, combined with strong communication and negotiation skills. Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail catering market / Food services Generate leads, arrange client meetings, and deliver tailored presentations or proposals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to create customized catering solutions based on client needs. Work with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and seasonal offerings. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new sales strategies. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions when needed. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in retail catering, food services, or hospitality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
