VIP Hostess - Luxury Hotels & Restaurants About the job VIP Hostess - Luxury Hotels & Restaurants On behalf of our client, a member of the world's leading family of luxury hotels and restaurants, we are looking for: VIP Hostess - Luxury Hotels & Restaurants As a VIP Hostess , you will be the first point of contact for VIP guests, playing a crucial role in creating memorable experiences through exceptional service and personalized attention. Your responsibilities will include managing interactions across the Recreation Department and our luxury restaurant, ensuring all guest interactions meet the highest standards of luxury and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Warm Welcome: Greet and seat guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Guest Interaction: Provide detailed information about the hotel's recreational facilities, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience. Reservation Management: Manage reservations for recreational services and dining efficiently, ensuring a seamless booking process. Coordination: Collaborate with the Recreation and Restaurant teams to coordinate and execute special events, classes, and activities, meeting all guest needs. Service Excellence: Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining luxury standards. Environment Maintenance: Keep all guest areas clean and organized, ensuring a polished and inviting environment at all times. Feedback and Improvement: Gather and relay guest feedback to improve service quality and guest satisfaction continuously. What We Are Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or related fields, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to multitask and handle guest requests gracefully and efficiently. Professionalism: A polished, professional demeanor with a commitment to high service standards. Comfort working in environments where alcohol is served. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
