Expires in 2 months Overview: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing strategic and refurbishment projects. Monitor the project team's overall process and operations from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and deadlines. Responsibilities: Support the creation of scope of works for tendering purposes. Facilitate and troubleshoot issues related to coordination, development, design, right-of-way acquisition, construction, and complex development projects. Track progress and quality of work by design disciplines/trades through reports and site visits. Supervise and ensure that contractor work aligns with the approved BOQ (Bill of Quantities). Act as the point of contact (POC) for all end users (Internal AAM Departments), assisting in determining project requirements and ensuring client needs are met timely and cost-effectively. Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Prepare substantial completion letters and ensure all project close-out documents are obtained. Communicate ideas for improving company processes positively and constructively, fostering this attitude in others. Keep the Project Manager (PM) and relevant stakeholders informed about project status and potential issues impacting client relations. Maintain all project documentation, including approved layouts, specifications, drawings, as-built drawings, and revisions. Assist the project manager in planning and forecasting budgets and timelines to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
